What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, organization, and office upkeep
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial data entry in QuickBooks
- Coordinate office needs including ordering, mail distribution, and asset purchases
- Support events, staff needs, and serve as backup for reception as needed
- Maintain petty cash, process client payments, and assist with financial reporting tasks
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred with 2+ years of experience
- Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and payroll systems (Paylocity a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage a professional office environment and support a team
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information
