What You’ll Do

  • Manage and coordinate referrals and admissions into agency programs
  • Communicate with DCBS, providers, and families to gather required documentation
  • Track referrals and maintain accurate intake and admissions records
  • Schedule assessments and coordinate with clinical and program staff
  • Ensure all intake processes meet licensing and compliance standards
  • Support ongoing communication between internal teams and external partners

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in intake, admissions, or administrative coordination
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of information with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems
