Clinical Manager
Key Assets Kentucky is seeking an experienced and driven Clinical Manager to lead and support our clinical team within the Children in Community Care (CCC) program. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who is passionate about leadership, quality care, and supporting both staff and youth in a residential setting.

What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists and clinical staff
- Oversee treatment planning, assessments, and service delivery to ensure quality care
- Monitor documentation and ensure compliance with licensing, Medicaid, and agency standards
- Support crisis response and collaborate with residential and medical teams
- Lead team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing staff development
- Partner with leadership to ensure program success and positive client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
- Independent clinical licensure in Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral health services
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
