What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, organization, and office upkeep
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial data entry in QuickBooks
  • Coordinate office needs including ordering, mail distribution, and asset purchases
  • Support events, staff needs, and serve as backup for reception as needed
  • Maintain petty cash, process client payments, and assist with financial reporting tasks
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred with 2+ years of experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and payroll systems (Paylocity a plus)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage a professional office environment and support a team
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information
