Career: Registered Behavior Technician

Registered Behavior Technician

Key Assets Kentucky is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with youth with autism or developmental disabilities in our Children in Community Care residential program.

This is not a traditional clinic-based or in-home RBT role. The youth we serve live in Key Assets Kentucky residential group homes and may have complex needs and life experiences that require consistent, trauma-informed support. RBTs work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized behavioral support within the youth’s everyday environment – including their residence, school, and community.

If you’re passionate about helping children grow through one-on-one care and data-driven strategies and are interested in making an impact in a residential care setting, this could be an excellent fit for you.
