Residential Therapist
Key Assets Kentucky is seeking a compassionate, licensed therapist to join our CCC program, providing trauma-informed care to youth in our residential group home setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and teens who need it most.

What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical recommendations to the treatment team, collaborating with Facility Coordinators to monitor residential group home staff
- Serve as the primary therapist for assigned youth in care
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy weekly, using evidence-based methods
- Complete treatment plans, assessments, and documentation within required timelines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Participate in team meetings, crisis response rotation, and ongoing staff support
- Ensure compliance with clinical and programmatic standards
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in social work or related field
- Active CSW or LPCA license in Kentucky (or eligible)
- Experience working with youth and families preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
- Flexibility, dependability, and a heart for trauma-informed care
